Looking to hire an affordable meeting room?
We have a number of rooms available for hire for conference facilities or meetings.Main Hall- Upstairs: this room can seat a maximum of 120 people (theatre style) or 60 people (boardroom style).

Charles Peters Lounge: This room can seat a maximum of 35 people (theatre style) or 15 people (boardroom style).

Chelmer Court (offsite location):
Room 12 - maximum of 32 people (theatre style), 16 people (boardroom style).
Room 10 - maximum of 6 people (boardroom style).
Room 1 - children's play room including toys.
Room Charges: All rooms are charged at £25 per hour (including OHP/projector, TV/Video facilities). Fees may be negotiable for longer term bookings. Cost includes OHP/Projector hire, and TV/Video facilities (main YMCA building only).
Additional Costs:
Tea, coffee & biscuits - £1.50 per person per session
Bottled Water - £1.00 per person per session
Flip Chart - £5 per session
